Stellar. First, Tess and Peter (the installer) were very committed to getting me in with a short time line. Then there was a mistake in communication. BUT the story is that they did what good, decent and fair people do and seems to be rare. They TALKED to each other (!), TALKED to me(!) and got it taken care of 10 days before my actual deadline.
